Description 活動簡介

The 2014 General Election of India, being held from April 7 to May 12, is the biggest voting event in the world, and the longest one in Indian history. The election will generate 543 parliament members as well as the new Prime Minister of India. To better understand this election and its impact on India’s political developments and foreign policy, the Center for Asia Policy (CAP), National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and the Center for Strategic Studies for South Asia and the Middle East (CSSAME), National Chung Hsing University, will co-host a symposium on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu. The symposium speakers will share their observations and analyses about Indian politics.
